President Messages[Pres Message Index] Kwan Jang Nim, only you and I can see the pages that are your message pages when they are first created blank. You can write your message on these blank pages and after any revision or editing, THEN the page can be made viewable to the other wiki members OR the general public. It is very easy to do. Using the wiki to create your messages may make creating and preparing them easier than our current system of exchanging revised versions. Even if we continue using the same system, your final messages would be posted on these pages as often as you care to speak to the designees. One benefit of posting your messages in addition to emailing them to the Designees, is that they remain organized and easily accessed for future reference by all, rather than disapperaring into their email inboxes. |
